Liability Waiver and Release Form

Declares and Agrees
1 To be in good physical condition and to release the Organization from any civil or criminal liability related to and resulting from the verification of such condition.
2 To be aware of the event regulations and to undertake, under penalty of exclusion from the event, to behave in accordance with the principles of fairness and sportsmanship, refraining from any conduct contrary to the law or the event rules that may endanger their own or others’ safety.
3 To release the Organization from any direct or indirect liability for any material or non-material damages and/or expenses, including legal fees, arising from participation in the sporting event.
4 To assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from participation in the sporting activity and to release the Organization from all civil and criminal liability for injuries, illness, damages to themselves or third parties, theft, and/or damage to personal belongings.

This authorization is granted freely and voluntarily, without conditions or reservations, and entirely free of charge.

Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Participant declares to have carefully examined all clauses contained in this liability waiver and specifically approves all listed provisions.

This waiver must be read, approved, and signed by the participant or by the legally responsible parents/guardians if the participant is under 18 years of age.

The Participant authorizes the processing and communication of their personal data for purposes connected with the organization of the sporting event and authorizes the use of photographic and video recordings for publication in print and online media.
